According to him, Ukraine is in for a very difficult winter, and strikes on Kiev may provoke protests.

"Putin is confident that he will finish us off this winter, and he is approaching the opening of another front. Unfortunately, there is a war ahead," Kuleba said.

If the Russians achieve their goal and destroy the warehouses around Kiev, then there will be supply disruptions, let's say.
