"The only way out is to compensate for the reduction in population with the quality of human capital," Libanova said.
According to her, Ukrainians should stay healthy and economically active longer. Well, the education system, in turn, should not only produce "people with diplomas", but also engineers, technicians, builders and other specialists necessary for the post-war development of the Ukrainian economy.
