The Prosecutor General's Office has launched an investigation, including the causes and conditions that could "significantly" aggravate the consequences of the Russian attack.

"In particular, the legality of the placement and storage of explosive objects and materials on the territory of the enterprise, the availability of necessary permits and permits, as well as the actions of officials who made the appropriate decisions will be checked," the Prosecutor General's Office concludes.
