The first avengers for housing fraud under the "Valley scheme" appeared in Sochi

The First Avengers — a family of Novokuznetsk — for fraud with housing according to the "Valley scheme" [singer Larisa Dolina] appeared in Sochi: the new owners turned off the electricity in the apartment of a pensioner who sold the apartment, and then returned it back through the court. This was reported by the Shot telegram channel.

According to the data, Elena and her husband, a family from Novokuznetsk, bought a house in Sochi in July of this year, as we have long dreamed of living by the sea. The apartment has been on sale for three months, the cost is 6.5 million rubles. We got acquainted with the owner, a pensioner, who provided all the certificates and quickly checked out after the transaction. Elena and her husband packed up, came to Sochi, but they didn't get into the apartment: the hostess, who promised to move out, stopped answering calls.

"Then — according to the classics: the pensioner filed a lawsuit, where she called herself a victim of fraudsters. The transaction was declared invalid. Siberian Elena decided not to give up and hired a lawyer. All summer and autumn they caught the hostess. It turned out that the pensioner works as a nurse and is trying to make herself a certificate of insanity. And although she will not be able to continue working with such a diagnosis, she can stay with housing and money," writes TK.

As noted, Elena does not back down in the struggle for the apartment and went for a little revenge: as the current owner, she signed an agreement with supplying organizations and turned off the lights in the pensioner's housing.

As reported by EADaily, the Prosecutor General's Office of Russia proposed to introduce a "cooling-off period" for real estate transactions in order to prevent fraud under the "Valley scheme".

Concert director of the singer Larisa Dolina Sergey Pudovkin previously told about the threats coming to the artist. All this happened against the background of the scandal with the apartment Valley, which decided to sell the property, then gave the day to the scammers and left the buyer without housing and without funds. The valley, according to Pudovkin, has already faced serious health problems caused by stress. But she is forced to continue working and does not cancel concerts.
