According to the latest information, Nikolaev became ill when he was at home. Hospitalization followed, but the patient could not be saved. The media previously reported that the TV presenter had been struggling with a serious lung disease for a long time.
Several sources inform about lung cancer in the host of the TV projects "Morning Mail", "Morning Star" and "Property of the Republic", on which whole generations have grown up.
Nikolaev had no children, despite two marriages. For the first time, the TV presenter got married at the institute to a girl named Galina. The second marriage of Yuri Nikolaev is with the daughter of the famous musician Alexander Gravis, Eleonora Gravis.
