One day: the singer who left for the USA abruptly gets rid of real estate in Russia

The former participant of the project "Factory of Stars" Belarusian singer Rita Dakota (Margarita Belogai, nee Gerasimovich) hastily sells real estate in Russia for a total of 141 million rubles. This is reported by the Shot telegram channel.

"Margarita Belogai got rid of two objects in one day: housing in the residential complex "Heart of the Capital" on Shelepikhinskaya embankment (area of 45.7 square meters, market value of about 32 million rubles) and premises in the residential complex "Savelovsky City" (office, area of 40.4 square meters, cost — about 12 million rubles)," — the publication says.

It is alleged that after a while she again executed two real estate transactions in one day: she sold two apartments in the residential complex "Savelovsky City", the total cost of which is estimated at 64 million rubles.

In addition, an apartment in the Paveletsky City residential complex was sold, the market price is about 25 million rubles, as well as a 2020 BMW X6 XDRIVE40D for about 8 million rubles.

Now the singer has two real estate objects left — a storeroom and a parking space in the residential complex "Savelovsky City" for about 5 million rubles.

As reported by EADaily, at the end of July, Dakota announced that her career in Russia is finished.

"I can no longer perform in Russia. I can't play concerts where my soul has remained forever," the artist wrote.

According to her, the concerts continued as long as it was possible, "as long as I could remain a free, honest and independent artist."

Dakota's last concert in Moscow took place in October 2023. After that, she and her family moved to the USA.

Later it became known that the singer received a Russian passport in December 2022, but she never advertised this information. After publications about Russian citizenship appeared, Dakota confirmed that she had received a Russian passport.
