Russian troops destroyed almost the entire 53rd mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Serebryansk Forest, most of the "two hundredth" remained lying on this sector of the front. This was reported in the Russian law enforcement agencies.
"The 53rd Separate Mechanized Brigade is decomposing in Serebryansky forest. The brigade was practically destroyed, lost its combat capability, and the remnants of the militants in the swamps and forests of the Seversky Donets simply put an end to," the law enforcement agencies told TASS.
EADaily adds that the Russian Armed Forces previously liberated the settlement of Serebryanka in the DPR, which seriously complicated the situation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Seversk.
In his video summary today, the head of the Rybar project, Mikhail Zvinchuk, noted that "heavy clashes are taking place in the Tatar forest and near Volchansk."
"The Russian Federation is moving towards Petropavlovsk, expanding the bridgehead at Gnilitsa. In the Flint direction, the enemy is pulling reserves, but the Russian army is holding positions and putting pressure on the Serebryansk forestry. Sweeps continue in the Serebryanka area, tactical successes are recorded near Seversk," he said.
