Participants of the Russian musical group from Udmurtia "Buranovskiye babushki" in Ukraine was included in the database of the extremist website "Peacemaker". This is evidenced by the data of the specified portal.

The cards of the soloists of the group Anna Prokopyeva, Valentina Serebrennikova and Anna Antonova indicate that they "repeatedly violated the state border of Ukraine", performed in Crimea and on Donbass.

Moreover, the full team was added to the site database back in 2020.

As EADaily reported, "Buranovskiye babushki" represented Russia at the international song contest "Eurovision-2012" and took second place with the song Party for everybody.

During the Eurovision 2025 contest, which was held in Basel, Switzerland, the organizers launched a video about previous contests, in which the Russian team was mentioned. "Buranovsky grandmothers" holds the record for the maximum age of the contestants in the entire history — at the time of the performance, the singers were 403 years old together.
