While Aglaya Tarasova is at home by a court decision, without the right to use the phone and access the Internet after being detained at the airport with narcotic substances, the actress has had new troubles. It turned out that Tarasova also owed utility bills, as reported by the Telegram channel MASH.
We are talking about the amount of about 30 thousand rubles, which she was issued for a three-room apartment taken on a mortgage not far from Patriarch's Ponds in Moscow.
This is a property with an area of 140 "squares", which Tarasova acquired in 2022 with encumbrances. The term of the mortgage is 30 years. According to the banking practice in force in the country, in case of delay, the creditor can start collecting after 3-6 months of delay, after which the housing goes to auction.
The cost of Tarasova's apartment, according to experts, is more than 100 million rubles. As previously reported by EADaily, 31-year-old actress Aglaya pays a mortgage of 1 million per month.
