Each fire is assessed in terms of whether it could have been the result of an act of sabotage, Polish Interior Minister Tomasz Semoniak said in response to large fires in the cities of Semianowice-Slensk and Minsk-Mazowiecki. "We take all reports seriously," the minister reported.

On Sunday, July 13, an industrial workshop in Minsk-Mazovetsky burned down, where various types of foil and plastic packaging were produced and stored. A day later, a fire broke out at a plastics factory in Semyanovitsa-Slensk.

"We take all reports of fires seriously, especially large ones. Since January 2024, we have witnessed more than a dozen sabotage attempts," Polish Interior Minister Semoniak commented, hinting at the involvement of "Russian agents" in the fires.

Earlier, EADaily reported that the Polish authorities accused the Russian special services of setting fire to a shopping center in Warsaw in May 2024.
