The American funds Argentem Creek Partners (ACP) and Innovatus Capital Partners (ICP) took control of the Odessa grain terminal "Olympex". This is reported by the British newspaper Financial Times.
"Argentem Creek Partners and Innovatus Capital Partners funds based in the USA have taken control of the Olympex terminal in the port of Odessa," the publication says.
ACP partner John Patton expressed a desire to re-launch the terminal "at some point in the summer." He did not rule out that this could also happen in September.
According to the FT, the terminal will be managed by Swedish entrepreneur Carl Sturen.
It should be recalled that in January 2023, the High Court of England arrested the assets of GNT Group and Olimpex Coupe International, which own the Odessa grain Terminal, for fraud with grain. In early April of this year, the ACP and ICP funds announced that they had secured the support of the court in Lviv in a dispute over the control of the Odessa grain terminal with local companies.
