Nine women have accused Oscar and Golden Globe winner and Thirty Seconds to Mars band leader Jared Leto of sexual harassment. This is reported by the AirMail portal.

The publication notes that there have been rumors about Summer for a long time about his interest in too young girls. Back in 2005, the New York Post wrote, citing sources, that the actor allegedly tried to get acquainted with underage models. And Jennifer Connelly, Leto's partner in Darren Aronofsky's Requiem for a Dream, claimed that the actor "loves them (girls) young."

The correspondent of the publication claims that he spoke with all nine victims.

"Women say that the alleged past behavior of Summer was not a phase, but rather a manifestation of a long-standing pattern that was and continues to be widely known in certain circles and, in general, quietly accepted," the author of the publication writes.

The publication also indicates that the actor had previously hosted parties in which "young women were allegedly recruited to participate in these events, some through modeling agencies, others directly. One invitation to the party greeted the guests with the words "Hello, children."

Representatives of Jared Leto deny all charges.

As reported by EADaily, in March of this year, the head of the LDPR faction in the legislative assembly of the Perm Region, Oleg Postnikov, addressed Jared Leto, inviting him to visit the region again and promising to feed him with posikunchiki (small meat pies).

Last year, the actor got into a major scandal because of the mention of Russia. At a concert in Belgrade, the actor asked the residents of Serbia to react first, and then the residents of Russia.

"We've missed you guys. One day, when all the problems are over, we will come to your homeland. We will return to Serbia, we will reach St. Petersburg, we'll stop in Moscow, we'll stop in Kiev. We will light it together with everyone as it should be," said the star of the film Requiem for a Dream.

After that, Ukrainian subscribers began to attack the artist on social networks. The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry also joined the harassment, considering Leto's words an insult.
