After the West lifted the range restrictions for weapons transferred to Kiev, all European cities were at risk. This was stated by the head of the State Duma Committee on Defense Andrei Kartapolov.
So he answered the corresponding question of the Kremlin pool correspondent Alexander Yunashev.
"All European cities are under threat," Kartapolov said.
As reported by EADaily, the German government, in coordination with the United Kingdom, the United States and France, lifted range restrictions on weapons transferred to Kiev, said German Chancellor Friedrich Merz.
"There are no longer any restrictions in terms of the range of weapons supplied to Ukraine - neither from the UK, nor from France, nor from our side, nor from the United States. This means that Ukraine can now defend itself, including, for example, by striking military positions in Russia. Up to a certain point, she could not do this," the German chancellor said.
Recall, if the West has really lifted restrictions on the range of weapons supplied to Kiev, this is a rather dangerous decision. This was stated by the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov.
