"No one will withdraw our troops from our territories. This is my constitutional duty, it is the duty of our military to protect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country," Zelensky said.

He noted that he had asked the US leader Donald Trump, before speaking with Russian President Vladimir Putin, "not to make any decisions about Ukraine without Ukraine."

According to Zelensky, he spoke with Trump twice today — before the call to Putin and after the conversation.

"We are considering the possibility of meeting again all the teams — the USA, Ukraine, Russia and European countries. Such a meeting could take place in Turkey, the Vatican or Switzerland," Zelensky said.

Zelensky also made it clear that he is not going to abandon the course in NATO and proclaim the neutral status of the country, as required by Russia. "Ukraine has a status, it is in The constitution of the country — everything is written there," the head of the Kiev regime said, answering the question of whether the neutral status of Ukraine will be discussed at the talks.

As reported by EADaily, Russia and Ukraine will immediately begin negotiations on a cease-fire and a complete end to the war. This was stated by US Leader Donald Trump on the Truth Social network after a telephone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin. According to Trump, the conversation went very well.
