Under the guise of various exercises, NATO countries form an armored fist. This was announced today, April 30, by the Minister of Defense of Belarus Viktor Khrenin, speaking at the III International Anti-Fascist Congress.
According to him, Western states continue to build up their military forces near the borders with Belarus, conduct reconnaissance and large-scale offensive exercises.
"Under the guise of strengthening the protection of Europe and various kinds of pseudo—defense exercises, NATO countries are forming an armored fist, clearly not created for protection," Khrenin said.
The head of the Belarusian Defense Ministry also noted that the Western military-political bloc follows the course of escalation of the conflict on Ukraine and is increasingly dragging Europe into it, sabotaging peace initiatives proposed by the leadership of Russia and the new US administration.
