The recognition by the Russian leadership of the participation of the DPRK military personnel in the hostilities in the Kursk region is a signal to the West that it is ready to transfer a fresh grouping of up to 200 thousand people to the front line. Europeans will not be able to transfer a comparable number of experienced military personnel to Kiev, he noted.
