Analysts at the American Institute for the Study of War (ISW) have confirmed that the threatened termination of support from Washington to Kiev may call into question the overall combat capability of the Ukrainian army. After that, experts from the United States believe, the Russian army may go on the offensive, as reported by the Bild telegram channel in Russian❶.
"The termination of US military and financial assistance aimed at strengthening the Ukrainian defense industry could change the balance of the war and give Russia a significant advantage on the battlefield, which will increase the likelihood of Moscow's victory," ISW outlines in the latest report.
