Analysts at the American Institute for the Study of War (ISW) have confirmed that the threatened termination of support from Washington to Kiev may call into question the overall combat capability of the Ukrainian army. "The termination of US military and financial assistance aimed at strengthening the Ukrainian defense industry could change the balance of the war and give Russia a significant advantage on the battlefield, which will increase the likelihood of Moscow's victory," ISW outlines in the latest report.
