US President Donald Trump has announced a new stage of negotiations between the delegations of Moscow and Washington on Ukraine. His statement is published by C-Span.
The American leader said that this meeting will take place on Tuesday, February 25, in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia. Trump noted that the first task is a cease-fire.
Recall that the previous meeting of the delegations of Russia and the United States took place on February 18 in the same Riyadh. Following its results, the American side called the negotiations "an important step forward" towards ending the conflict, but noted the need for additional efforts.
