Military expert Boris Rozhin announced the imminent encirclement of the Ugledar enemy group, commenting on the information that the Ukrainian Armed Forces had begun to withdraw their groups from the city.
"The bypass of Ugledar from the west has begun. Now the city is hanging on one supply route — Ugledar — Bogoyavlenka. Our troops are approaching this highway. When it is taken under fire control, it will be possible to say that the Ugledar group was in an operational environment," the expert said on Sputnik radio.
That is, Rozhin said, "the enemy's defense is crumbling here."
