The singer Zemfira**, recognized as a foreign agent, appealed to the Supreme Court against the refusal to exclude her from the register of foreign agents, follows from the court file.
"Appealed: The decision to dismiss the administrative claim dated June 14, 2023," the case file says.
The singer was included in the list of foreign agents in February 2023. The Ministry of Justice then stated that Zemfira ** "openly spoke in support of Ukraine, carrying out concert activities in unfriendly countries with appeals against a special military operation, received support from foreign sources."
Her lawyer Alexander Peredruk reported that the Ministry of Justice imputed Zemfira ** receiving money "from some Irish and German credit institutions." The singer herself stated that she only knows about Ireland that the band U2 and Sinead O'Connor come from there.
Zamoskvoretsky court of Moscow rejected Zemfira's claim** to The Ministry of Justice in connection with its non-agency status, then the Moscow City Court approved this decision, RIA Novosti reminds.
