It is noted that the floods have already begun in Poland. Prime Minister Donald Tusk visited Wroclaw the day before, which in case of flooding could become one of the most affected regions.
"There is no reason to panic," Tusk said, but urged local residents to prepare for a possible natural disaster.
Rampant elements are also expected in the Czech Republic, Austria and Germany.
Austrian meteorologists, in particular, call the upcoming downpours "incredibly strong, possibly unprecedented."

This was stated by a representative of the Main Police Department in Aalen (Baden-Württemberg), the Bild telegram channel wrote in Russian❶.
