It was reported that neither local officials nor airport employees can find out the ownership of the aircraft circling over the Uralvagonzavod defense plant.

The transport Prosecutor's office began its inspection and soon it became clear that the "unknown plane" turned out to be the side of the Russian Ministry of Defense AN-30, which took off from Koltsovo airport and was conducting aerial photography, reports TG-channel Baza.
