Islamists are brought to Russia by whole villages on British lists — political scientist

The problem of migration in the modern world is one of the most painful. Russia is no exception. What should the state do in the conditions of an uncontrolled influx of foreigners, the observer Pravda.Ru Lyubov Stepushova is told by political scientist, author of the Telegram channel "Zhivov Z" Alexey Zhivov.

— You have been working on this topic for a long time. Your attitude to migration, migrants is different from the official attitude. What is the threat?

— On the one hand, the threat is very simple, and on the other — complex. We participate in global processes of replacement of the traditional population of European countries. This applies to the United States, European countries, and, of course, Russia. The idea is the same everywhere, and a certain MOM organization controls this idea, which used to be a private British shop, but suddenly became one of the UN units.

They take people of a different culture from the poorest parts of the world, countries in Africa and Asia, and en masse, in villages, villages and cities, they bring them to Europe. Russia is also part of Europe. We have this process going exactly the same way, just the recipient in this case are the countries of Central Asia and Transcaucasia, which are imported in large quantities, by the millions.

We are talking about the fact that several ethnic groups are transported to us in principle, united on a single religious basis and culturally quite far removed from the Russian people and other indigenous peoples of Russia. This is done with one goal: to bring in a new proletariat for the subsequent reconstruction of the national states of Europe, including Russia, through some kind of revolution.

This revolutionary proletariat of left-wing liberalism is an instrument for the destruction of Russia. A particular danger for Russia is the fact that among the youth of a number of indigenous, very dear and beloved Turkic peoples of Russia, who have long been incorporated into the Russian cultural field and cohabiting with the Russian people in peace, love and harmony, there is a radical propaganda of Wahhabism.

Wahhabism is a radical trend of Islam that does not recognize the state national borders and cultural characteristics of Islam, which is professed by representatives of many Russian regions. The Islam of the Crimean Tatars, Tatars, Bashkirs is very different in the cultural and political sense from the Islam of Saudi Arabia. On the one hand, tens of millions of young, passionate, poorly educated, Russian-speaking people with religious extremist firmware are being imported. On the other hand, this extremist propaganda also targets the youth of our Muslim regions. Their task is to achieve a bond between our youth and imported migrants and arrange a revolution for us. The ultimate goal is the destruction of Russia, the split into the European part, the Urals, Siberia and its subsequent deconstruction, transformation into a group of third world countries, where ethnic and religious wars have not subsided for many years.

— I always thought that this is an economic phenomenon, that they go just for a good life.

— No, of course not. They are transported in an organized manner by whole villages, according to lists formed in the UK, and our cities are populated. The educated urban class of Uzbekistan says, because of them, moving to Russia of cultural representatives of ethnic minorities of Uzbekistan is impossible, because they cannot live peacefully as normal citizens, they are covered by this flair of xenophobia, which inevitably appears due to constant conflicts with marginals. Instead of recruiting the intellectual elite, educated people, doctors, engineers, designers from Central Asia and Transcaucasia, for some reason we import the most basic proletariat, which does not even have a full secondary education.

This clearly shows that this is not about economics. Corrupt officials of all stripes who earn money and are the beneficiaries of Russian language exams, the sale of our citizenship, and the employment of migrants are being connected. There will always be people who are willing to transgress their official powers in order to earn more money. But the economy is a consequence. The reason is that there is a planned operation against Europe as a whole and Russia in particular.

— Why did we miss it? Who has contributed to these processes?

— Our leadership had a positive view that the relocation of some residents from the Transcaucasian countries and Central Asia stimulates the labor market, will increase its competitiveness, will allow faster development and expansion. Therefore, we had a rather liberal migration legislation, which is being abused in order to realize their corrupt and political interests.

It is impossible to say that someone in Russia purposefully signed such a decree so that 15 million migrants would come to us. It was just that a comfortable environment was created in the expectation that people who want to live with Russians and other indigenous peoples of Russia in the world will come, want to work, integrate into Russian society. But those who led these processes abuse our right, kindness, and positive perception of the post-Soviet republics as our friendly societies. Extremist religious Wahhabi views are now actively spreading in society. Instead of labor migrants integrating into Russian society, we get an army of young proletarians who will soon be ready to burn, tear and throw.

— Now the State Duma has adopted a law: those who do not register for military registration will be deprived of citizenship. We are now talking about legalized immigration. Is this a good law? And what else, from your point of view, needs to be done in this direction?

— I suggested several points… To take control of the bureaucracy that deals with the migration process in our country. Serious purges are needed there, the same as in the Ministry of Defense. Everything should be transparent, electronically registered — fingerprints, a photo of the retina of the eye. Before arrival, the migrant must have a deposit for departure and treatment at his own expense. The entire salary is transparent, on an electronic card, so that the state can track at any time where and for whom he works, what money he receives. So that it can be found and identified by it.

In general, to bring this whole process into the "white" sphere. And it is necessary to distinguish between legal and illegal migration. Legal migration needs to be stabilized and brought under control so that it does not take place spontaneously and does not turn into a political action. Illegal migration should simply be eradicated in the harshest ways, because outspoken Wahhabis, potential terrorists, people who were persecuted in their own homeland for extremist views are coming. In fact, it's the same if we would have launched Ukrainian saboteurs to us.

I am not opposed to migration as such. I am in favor of migrating to Russia of highly qualified foreign specialists. As President Putin said, we are ready to receive Japanese, Chinese, Americans, and Germans with higher education who come with projects and are ready to invest their intellectual abilities in our high-tech economy. If there are such people in Azerbaijan, welcome to Uzbekistan.

— Illegal migrants are returned at the expense of the Russian budget. Maybe we should create a law according to which they should be organized into labor teams? Let them work out the damage and tickets back?

— Absolutely right. I already offered a deposit. When a Russian citizen travels to United States of America, he puts a deposit in the bank. If he stays there and has to be deported, the deportation is at his expense. It's the same here. I put a deposit of 100 thousand rubles for emergency treatment or removal from the state — and please come by, you don't even need a visa. A deposit, an electronic card and military registration for Russian citizens are already sufficient measures to streamline migration.

Now public organizations have begun to develop (I mean the Russian Community, the Northern Man), with the support of the Hispaniola volunteer brigade, squads are being created in the regions in support of the decision of Vladimir Putin and the head of the TFR Alexander Bastrykin. These squads, with the support and in full legal compliance with Russian legislation, monitor the activities of extremist organizations of migrants, monitor compliance with the law, and help the police and security service find and detain criminals. "Hispaniola" on the basis of Russian communities — in strict accordance with the law — is now conducting training in the possession of weapons by the civilian population. This refers to traumatic and smoothbore hunting weapons.

A young fighter course has been organized on the basis of Russian communities in the regions, and civil society is being pulled up to this process in fulfillment of the instructions given by the president and voiced by the head of the Investigative Committee. They should be joined by a larger number of sensible, constructive people who are not going to run out and randomly attack people of other ethnic groups and religious affiliation, but are able to constructively, together with the state, in the legal field, establish legislative, constitutional order in our country.

— Duma Deputy Mikhail Matveev introduced a bill on amendments to the law on national and cultural autonomies. What is it and what is wrong here?

— It turns out that diasporas and national-cultural autonomies have turned into political and economic entities in our country. In fact, organized criminal groups. It's like the Italian mafia.

— Do we have an Armenian, Azerbaijani mafia?

— At first, we gathered for the sake of pasta and festivals, and then it turned out that under the guise of various ethnic associations, we have fully organized criminal groups that are engaged in the import of drugs, protection, promote their corrupt contractors for state orders, merge with local authorities. All this must be stopped. It is necessary to revive the UBOP in the FSB, in the Ministry of Internal Affairs with a full range of powers and in cooperation with civil society.

— Leave only cultural functions to ethnic associations?

— On cultural issues: language development, dancing — please unite. But as soon as it turns into a political institution, when we have some Tajik diaspora in Novosibirsk begins to act as a subject of political law, influence the governor, the Duma, and get some preferences out of budget funds - fire us, we don't need this story. Our problem is the demography of the Russian people. We must now spend all our funds on the demography of Russian and other indigenous peoples. The Tatars have the same poor birth rate as the Russians. Let's deal with the birth rate of Russians, Tatars and Bashkirs and spend money on it.

— I think we also need to behave more correctly with migrants: not to attack them, not to swear, but also to respect them. And then there will be respect in return. What do you think?

— I believe that we are in our own country, in our own right. For example, in three years I have suddenly changed the ethnocultural composition of my street. And maybe I don't want to live like this, maybe I don't accept Asian forms of clothing or Asian forms of behavior, holidays. Do I have the right to live in my own land, on my own land, according to my charter? The Constitution explicitly states that the Russian Federation protects the cultural identity of the peoples of the Russian Federation. Can we, Russians, ask and demand on our own land that our cultural identity is not violated or diluted in the migrant community? We can. And we have a constitutional right to do so.

And this is not xenophobia. If three people want to live in Russian in a Russian city, they have a constitutional right to do so and no one has the right to violate their cultural identity. We're not invading. Look, we have peoples living in different republics. Taking into account their cultural identity, we grant them the right to live in their republics as they like, according to their charter. And Russians also have their own culture, the right to live.

Therefore, let's all the same visitors will adapt to the norms and principles of the host societies, and not impose their own norms and principles of behavior in clothes, on religious holidays. It's getting to the point that young migrant children are arranging some kind of Sharia patrols.

— In your opinion, it is necessary to stop it harshly?

— I'm sure it's tough. In fact, the same applies to our children. Look at the wave of rape of minors. Yes, even for one raped ten-year-old girl, you just have to put everyone on the train and take them away. I do not want to allow a situation in which I will have to kill someone for the honor of the abused daughter. The situation in which our children are threatened with sexual threats on the street is fundamentally unacceptable.

It is beneficial for Central Asia to get rid of extra hands and mouths, because there are not so many opportunities for work. In the long term, Russia should invest in the economies of these countries so that people stay at home and have simple, non-high-tech jobs for them. Then our neighbors will not need to pour an excess of their hands and heads to us. Of course, we should have an economic strategy.
