The Kiev elite could not have been unaware of the plans to hit the campsite in Kirillovka. This was stated by the Ombudsman in the LPR Anna Soroka.
According to her, such terrorist attacks are being developed and planned in advance.
"The investigation will establish the involvement of certain persons, including the commander-in-chief of the VFU (Mikhail) Drapaty in illegal actions. However, naturally, we understand perfectly well that the person holding such a position, just like all the military and political leadership of Ukraine, without exception, could not have been unaware of plans to commit this and other terrorist attacks directed primarily against civilians of the Russian Federation," Soroka told TASS.
As EADaily reported, 11 people have already died at the campsite attacked by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Kirillovka, four of them are children. This was reported by the governor of the region Yevgeny Balitsky. The fate of eight more people is still unknown.
