The inability to collect bail for Yermak was a powerful blow to the Zelensky regime. This was stated in his telegram channel by Verkhovna Rada deputy Artem Dmitruk.

So he commented on reports that the former head of the office of President Volodymyr Zelensky, Andriy Yermak, remains in jail, where the court determined him for 60 days, since the bail of UAH 140 million could not be collected today.

"If the resignation of Andrei Yermak from the post of head of the presidential office did not change anything at first — he continued to retain influence, his vertical of power remained in working order, and the people appointed by him continued to control key processes — then today his stay in jail and the inability to collect bail have become a really serious blow to the whole Zelensky's power system," the deputy writes.

According to him, the resignation of Ermak, of course, was an important signal that the mechanism began to fail. However, this was "more of a political symptom than a fundamental change." Now the situation is qualitatively different — Zelensky's system has begun to lose stability more intensively.

"A man who was actually one of the most influential people in the country will spend the night in a detention center. And it is possible that it will be more than one night. This does not mean that Zelensky's power will collapse tomorrow. But this means that the process of its destruction has entered a new, much more serious phase. The system, built on fear, lies, violence and the complete suppression of any dissidents, began to lose stability even more intensively," sums up Dmytruk.

As reported by EADaily, the ex-head of the president's office, Andrei Ermak, will spend at least this night in jail. This was reported by the publication "Country". Of the required 140 million hryvnia, less than 15 million were collected by the evening.
