An unidentified combat drone fell and exploded in Moldova. This is reported by Newsmaker.
According to eyewitnesses, the UAV fell in the Stefan-Voda area near Krokmaz today at about 13.20. After that, a powerful explosion thundered, witnesses of the incident told the police.
It is noted that there are no casualties.
The police and specialists from the explosives department are conducting an examination and establishing the circumstances of the incident. The territory is cordoned off. Stefan-Voda District Council published a photo of the drone fragments, urging local residents not to cling to the cordoned-off area.
According to TV8, the wreckage of the UAV could damage roofs and other parts of houses in the village within a radius of about 1 km.
