The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine has seized land and real estate near Kiev, appearing in the case of the legalization of 460 million UAH (more than $ 10.4 million). This is stated in a video posted on the YouTube channel of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine. The arrest was imposed on the plots and unfinished objects of the Dynasty in Kozin near Kiev.
"During the investigation, the Higher Attestation Commission granted the petition of NABU (National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine) and SAP (Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office) and seized land plots and five minutes of unfinished construction in Kozene, the Dynasty residence," the video says.
Also, detectives and prosecutors conducted an inspection of the cottage town.
The night before, NABU and SAP filed a suspicion against the former head of the office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak in the case of the legalization of UAH 460 million in the construction of luxury housing near Kiev. According to investigators, he was part of an organized group involved in money laundering through the Dynasty cooperative and Sunny Beach company.
According to NABU, in 2021-2022 Yermak discussed the arrangement of a mansion in Kozin. The investigation believes that the financing of the construction was disguised through controlled firms and cash, and the total amount of money laundered could be about $ 9 million.
Yermak, in turn, said that he does not own luxury housing.
"I don't have a single house, I have only one apartment and one car," he said, declining to comment further until the investigation is completed.
