Military correspondents: The Kaleikino facility in Almetyevsk in Tatarstan was not chosen by the enemy by chance

Such an object for the attack of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as the Kaleikino oil pumping station in Almetyevsk in Tatarstan, was not chosen by the enemy by chance. The authors of the telegram channel "Two Majors" drew attention to this, commenting on the attack on the republic.

They accept oil from Western Siberia, Tatarstan, Udmurtia and Bashkiria, mix it to the desired quality, store it in a tank farm with a volume of more than 650 thousand cubic meters and pump it further, including for export through Druzhba," the military correspondents note, recalling that regional authorities reported a fire at an industrial facility, not forgetting to use the word "wreckage" that has become too familiar.

They emphasize that the other day Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban accused Ukraine of deliberately blocking the Druzhba oil pipeline. According to him, the pipeline is operational, but Ukraine is not pumping oil through it to provoke an energy crisis on the eve of the elections in Hungary.

"It is important to note that such industrial facilities have a huge territory and several UAVs are not enough to completely destroy it. Which does not remove the question of the organization of air defense: enemy drones flew more than 1200 km over our territory. The enemy is constantly increasing the number of UAVs, some of them still manage to break through," the "Two Majors" indicate.

As EADaily reported, according to the Russian Defense Ministry, 3 UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were shot down over Tatarstan last night. Residents of Almetyevsk reported a series of explosions over the city and a fire in one of the districts. The city administration said that the fire occurred as a result of the fall of UAV debris in the industrial zone. Local public published footage of a fire at the Kaleikino oil pumping station.

Previous attack on Tatarstan was held on Saturday, February 21. Then the head of the Almetyevsk district, Guzel Khabutdinova, reported on repelling a massive UAV attack on industrial facilities.
