Vilnius and Riga plan to give a "coordinated response to hybrid attacks by Belarus." This was announced on November 24 by the head of the Lithuanian Foreign Ministry, Kastutis Budris.
"Today I met with Latvian Foreign Minister Baiba Braje on the sidelines of a meeting of the Council on Foreign Affairs of the European Union to discuss a coordinated response to hybrid attacks by Belarus on Lithuania and Latvia, including violations of the sovereign airspace of our countries and threats to civil aviation," he said.
Lithuania has been constantly accusing Belarus of some kind of "hybrid attacks" over the past few years. At the same time, Vilnius does not provide any convincing evidence.
