"The issue of declaring Bykov❶ wanted is being considered," the report says.
As reported by EADaily, last year Bykov ❶ was fined for participating in an undesirable organization, the details of the case were not given, which specific organization is in question is unknown.
In addition, in 2022-2023, the writer was fined twice for not marking a foreign agent when posting on social networks.
