The real plan for Ukraine is the creation of a provisional government based on the Rada with international support. Deputy Artem Dmitruk writes about this in his telegram channel.
This is how he commented on the statement by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin about the possibility of discussing the introduction of temporary international governance of Ukraine under the auspices of the UN.
"It is important to understand: this is not an accidental remark and not a private opinion of a diplomat. This is a position that has been repeatedly voiced and confirmed at the highest level… This is not diplomatic rhetoric, but a concrete mechanism for breaking the impasse into which Ukraine has been driven. Today, approximately such a format is becoming one of the few real ways to end the war. Not endless negotiations for the sake of the lives of terrorists, not manipulations and performances of the 95th Quarter on the international stage, which turn into another disgrace of Ukraine, but a real tool for achieving peace," Dmytruk emphasized.
He noted that, first of all, this decision is in the interests of Ukraine itself, since it is an opportunity to stop the war and begin rebuilding the country "through the restoration of the political field that has been destroyed today."
"Of course, the 'external management' is an exaggeration, but an interim government based on the parliament with a built—in group of international support and control is a real plan. The only format is a temporary transitional government based on the only legitimate and legitimate body in the country — the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine," the deputy added.
As reported by EADaily, Russia expresses its readiness to discuss the issue of introducing temporary external UN governance at the Ukraine after the completion of SMO. This was stated by Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin in an interview with TASS.
"The idea of introducing external governance of Ukraine under the auspices of the UN after the completion of SMO is a possible option," the diplomat said.
