Russia is not capable of winning the war, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga said.
"Its military losses are growing, the economy is weakening, and Ukraine is increasing its defense capabilities. In fact, this war is a failure for Moscow," Sibiga said.
These words were commented by the presenter on "Nightingale LIVE" Julia Vityazeva. She named Sibiga the head of the external relations of the farm.
