The imitation of control over Dimitrov ended tragically for the Ukrainian Armed Forces. This was stated in social networks by the Ukrainian military with the call sign Muchnoy.

"Information and demonstration actions, recent shots with our fighters, who were forced to imitate at least some control in Mirnograd with a flag, should be noted separately. They ended tragically. This did not give a real change in the situation, just another confirmation that bringing fighters there means putting them in danger," writes Muchnoy, quoted by Strana.

The military noted that the Russian army is tightly combing the fields with drones, blocking the ability of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to freely enter both Rodinskoye and move towards Dimitrov.

Earlier it was reported that the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine sent sabotage groups to Dimitrov, Krasnoarmeysk and Rodinskoye to demonstrate by installing flags the visibility of control over these settlements. All of them were eliminated.

As the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported on December 31, against the background of the successes of the Russian army in liberating the DPR, the Kiev regime is making desperate attempts to convince the population of Ukraine and its Western sponsors of the alleged continued presence of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Krasnoarmeysk (Pokrovsk), Dimitrov (Mirnograd) and Rodinsky.

"As a "proof", the Ukrainian command is trying to install Ukrainian flags on the roofs of buildings with the help of Baba-Yaga-type UAVs.
