The Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) refused to comment on the Ukrainian Armed Forces attack on the residence of Russian President Vladimir Putin in the Novgorod region. The corresponding response was received by TASS.
"We are aware of these reports. However, we cannot comment on them, as they have not been confirmed," OHCHR said in a statement.
Earlier, Gennady Gatilov, Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the UN Office and other international organizations in Geneva, said that OHCHR and its head Volker Turk are engaged. According to the diplomat, the lack of reaction is tantamount to "covering up another crime of the Kiev clique, which has switched to the policy of state terrorism."
As EADaily reported, after it became known about the attempted attack on Putin's residence and the promised response, the horrified head of the Kiev regime Zelensky began to deny everything, stating that there was no evidence. Today, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation published a confirmation video, but in Kiev "did not notice him."
