Garbage crisis in Dnepropetrovsk due to a large number of evaders — mayor

Therefore, we are, let's say, balancing, plugging holes, and this problem is already, one might say, across my throat. But this is really a systemic problem, and I have given you the reasons," Filatov said.

As reported by EADaily, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) confirmed the detention of a 62-year-old resident of Lviv, who was involved in the transfer of draft dodgers to the EU. This happened through a non-working gas pipe.
