There was indeed a drone flying over Kiev with a Russian flag attached to it. This was stated in the National Police of Ukraine.
"After additional verification, it was established that the unidentified drone was indeed raised in the capital. Details of the incident are being established," the National Police said.
Earlier, the ministry said that the video with the Russian tricolor attached to the UAV in the sky over Kiev was fake.
