When making a deal to buy an apartment of the singer, People's Artist of Russia Larisa Dolina, the buyer Polina Lurie made an advance payment. This was reported by RIA Novosti with reference to one of the participants in the criminal process.
"Lurie made a contribution of one million rubles," the source said.
It is also specified that Lurie found an ad for the sale of an apartment in Khamovniki on one of the portals for the sale and rental of real estate.
As EADaily reported, Larisa Dolina sold an apartment in Khamovniki under the influence of fraudsters last summer. Back in March of this year, the Khamovnichesky court of Moscow returned the apartment to the actress. The right of ownership of the defendant Polina Lurie to the disputed property has been terminated and recognized for Larisa Dolina. Lurie's counterclaim to evict the singer was rejected by the court.
On November 27, the Second Court of Cassation rejected the complaint of Polina Lurie, who bought the singer's apartment. The ownership of real estate is again abandoned by the Valley.
After that, lawyer Lurie filed a complaint against the decisions of the lower courts in the case of the Dolina apartment to the Supreme Court. The hearing is scheduled for December 16. The Supreme Court demanded the materials of the case on challenging the transaction with the singer's apartment. On December 5, Dolina said on the air of Channel One that she had decided to return 112 million rubles to Polina Lurie, which she had paid for the apartment.
In court documents challenging the sale and purchase transaction, Dolina accused Lurie of lack of prudence, stressing that the buyer is an individual entrepreneur with the main activity of "renting and managing her own or leased real estate." According to the singer, Lurie ignored all the circumstances surrounding the transaction, obviously indicating a distortion of the plaintiff's will (Valley).
The actress herself believed that she was participating in a "special operation" to identify and detain criminals.
