Ukrainian singer, former member of the group "VIA Gra" Svetlana Loboda has been trying for the second year to sell her mansion in Moscow region. Against the background of the lack of buyers, she, contrary to common sense, only increased the price, according to the telegram channel Mash.
For the first time the palace was put up for sale in 2023 for 650 million rubles, now the price has jumped to 850 million rubles.
The property is sold confidentially. For the specified amount, the buyer will receive a house with an area of 1.2 thousand square meters with a plot of almost one hectare in Nikolo-Uryupino, with a guest house, a staff house and a building for security.
"Four bedrooms, two dining rooms, a living room with access to the pool, Jacuzzi, bible, laundry room, gym, bar with pool table + furniture. A garage for three cars, 12 guest parking spaces, a gazebo with barbecue, a garden with a pond and cameras throughout the site, " the publication says.
Loboda herself to return to She does not plan to go to Russia, she lives with her children in Latvia, and in a recent interview she spoke about a pause in her touring activities, the duration of which she did not name.
As EADaily reported, earlier Loboda, who planned to abandon the Russian language after the start of a special military operation, but she failed to do so, said that she had not yet been able to write a super-popular hit in Ukrainian, the same as her Russian-language songs.
