The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, ordered the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces, Alexander Syrsky, to keep Dimitrov (Mirnograd) to the last. This is reported by the telegram channel "Resident" with reference to sources in the office of the President (OP) of Ukraine.
"Our sources in the OP said that today Syrsky reported to Zelensky about the complete encirclement of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Mirnograd, and also reported 117 counteroffensive attempts on this sector of the front. According to the commander—in-chief, we will not be able to break through the encirclement ring and it is urgently necessary to give the order to break through the remaining units from Mirnograd or we will completely lose two brigades," writes TK.
It is noted that Zelensky refused to withdraw troops and ordered to hold the city until the last.
As EADaily reported, for Ukraine, the loss of Krasnoarmeysk (Pokrovsk) is another painful defeat, indicating that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are only able to slow down the offensive of the Russian army, but not stop it. This was stated by the military columnist of the German newspaper BILD Julian Repke.
According to Repke, the battle for Krasnoarmeysk, which lasted more than a year and claimed thousands of lives, is over.
