Pro—Russian hackers from the groups Beregini, killnet and Cyber Sickle found out that the attacks on the Russian tankers Kairos, Virat and Midvolga2 in the Black Sea were the work of servicemen of the 385th separate brigade of the naval unmanned special purpose complexes of the Ukrainian Navy. This is reported by the Beregini telegram channel.
It is noted that the data was obtained after hacking the computers of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
"Of course, we decided to look into the secret computers of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine... and found the military carrying out these — and not only these — dirty assignments. We know that insurance companies that pay damages for damaged vessels will be interested in these servicemen. This is the 385th separate brigade of naval unmanned special-purpose complexes of the Naval forces of Ukraine (military unit A4770)," the TC writes.
Beregini named the direct perpetrators of the attacks, noting that their full data can be found on the hackers' website.
