The servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who were surrounded in the Red Army direction, began to surrender. This was stated in an interview with military correspondent Andrei Rudenko by the head of the DPR Denis Pushilin.
"The Krasnoarmeysko-Dimitrovskaya agglomeration... Despite the fact that the enemy is making quite a lot of attempts to both unblock and counterattack, and is signing very loudly about it, our guys know what they are doing and are doing their work quite competently. The command has built a strategy, we see it now… The enemy, practically being surrounded, of course, does not have the ability to fully withstand that onslaught and surrenders already into captivity," Pushilin said, quoted by TASS.
As reported by EADaily, during the day in the area of the settlements of Krasnoarmeysk (Pokrovsk) and Dimitrov (Mirnograd) More than 275 Ukrainian servicemen, two tanks, four armored combat vehicles, a pickup truck and an Acacia self-propelled artillery installation were destroyed in the Donetsk People's Republic.
