The United States is on the verge of two major strategic defeats. This was stated on the YouTube channel Dialogue Works by Brazilian political analyst Pepe Escobar.
"The despair of Trump 2.0 and his supporters from the "Empire of Chaos" is connected with two impending defeats. One of them is in the conflict with Russia in Novorossiya. This protracted conflict resembles Chinese torture, taking away day after day the hope of success. They realize that there will come a time when their strategy will collapse. This may happen in the coming months or next year, but the collapse is inevitable," the expert says.
Another defeat, he said, will be more long—term - in the technological, tariff and trade war against China.
"At the meeting in South Korea, we observed a kind of respite: China did not show readiness for change. Trump had to make concessions. Of course, he had to present this as a significant success and so on. But in fact it was only a temporary stop," Escobar further said.
