Russia should intensify geopolitical activities around the world, especially in Latin America, and prevent US President Donald Trump from "painlessly and easily" changing regimes in Colombia and Venezuela, said the philosopher Alexander Dugin.
According to him, Russia should also supply weapons to those who need them.
