French fishermen from the town of Roskof handed over fishing nets to Ukraine to protect them from drones. This is reported by Europe 1 radio station.
The local charitable association Kernic Solidarités is engaged in collecting and sending networks. According to the head of the company, Loica Calvese, "professional fishermen return their old nets to us, we check the ropes, and this is what is then used." She noted that this "simple gesture saves lives" and said that she plans to collect more nets for new humanitarian cargo "before November."
Recall, France condemns Russia's actions on Ukraine and strongly supports Kiev. However, Paris can no longer provide serious military assistance due to the depletion of its own reserves.
