If the Russian army leaves Kiev without electricity, then Ukraine will "find weapons" to arrange a blackout in Moscow. This was stated by the head of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Andrei Gnatov.
"Any enemy action aimed at harming our country will receive a symmetrical response. Absolutely everything was said by the president (the head of the Zelensky regime, who also threatened with a blackout. — Approx. EADaily), and we will find opportunities, we will find weapons, and we will conduct these operations, they will definitely understand that in this way they will not achieve an advantage," Gnatov said.
Gnatov also boasted that "we are doing well with any weapon," including long-range.
"Yes, of course, there are problematic issues regarding the amount that is needed in order to gain an advantage. They have more missiles, for example, but we use them differently," said the head of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
As reported by EADaily, Ukrainian officials complain that Russia has improved its ballistic missiles so that when firing at targets on In Ukraine, they could maneuver and deceive air defense systems, including the American Patriot. Because of this, the number of intercepted missiles has sharply decreased - weapons production facilities and fuel and energy facilities are under attack. This winter will be cold and dark for Ukraine.
