Sergey Kiriyenko was appointed to oversee the new management AP of Russia

Oversee the new Office for Strategic Partnership and Cooperation AP RF will be the first deputy head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation Sergey Kiriyenko. This was announced today, August 31, RIA Novosti reports with reference to the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov.

The head of the new department has not yet been determined.

Recall that on August 29, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on measures to optimize the structure of the presidential administration of Russia. In accordance with it, the Office of the President of the Russian Federation for Strategic partnership and Cooperation was established, and two departments were abolished — for cultural and cross-border cooperation with foreign countries.
