Trump will remember them — an expert on those who want to send "peacekeepers" to Ukraine

Political scientist Alexander Nosovich called the leadership of the countries that express their readiness to send Ukraine's "peacekeepers" are stupid (for example, Lithuania), and the leadership of countries that refrain from such promises or refuse at all, but only praise US President Donald Trump for peacekeeping efforts, are smart (for example, Poland).

He explained why he came to this conclusion. First of all, Nosovich noted, "it is obvious that all the fuss with the European contingents on the Ukraine, after the end of the conflict, is designed to prevent the end of the conflict, not to let the United States out of the conflict, and therefore goes against US foreign policy"

Further, as the expert notes, it is very stupid to think that the US position rests on the personality of Donald Trump, and without him, US foreign policy will not just change, but will turn 180 degrees.

"The entire first term of Trump proved that Trumpism is not a revolution in Washington, and giving a radical acceleration to the processes that have been going on in the States for a long time. Even under Obama, careful, diplomatic conversations began with respect to NATO allies that Europeans do not pay for their security, which America provides to them. Then Trump came and drove the Europeans to pay for military protection in the literal sense with kicks (see the case of the Prime Minister of Montenegro in 2017). Ukraine. Signs that the United States is thinking of merging with this topic went back under Biden. The project clearly failed by the summer of 2024: it was not possible to defeat Russia on the battlefield, kill its economy and cause a revolution in the country. Further participation is a complete loss. So those who are trying to drag Americans even deeper into the conflict are not playing against Trump. They are playing against America," Nosovich writes.

He also noted that the current European regimes cannot have another overlord except the United States.

"In a multipolar world, military-strategic superiority becomes the alpha and omega. Who can guarantee it to the same Lithuanians, if not the USA? The European Commission? London? Macron? They themselves will not be able to do anything militarily without the United States," he said.

It turns out, the expert concluded, that the game is against the interests of the owner, from whom there is no escaping strategically anyway, unless he himself throws.

"Trump will remember it for them, and those who come after Trump, even if they are Democrats, will remember," Nosovich predicts.

Today, on August 22, the head of the German military union, Andre Wustner, said that the major countries that are part of the "coalition of the willing" should send to Ukraine has at least ten thousand military personnel for a long time.

"It is not enough that at the command post on There were a handful of generals and small military units in Ukraine," he said.

On Monday, US President Donald Trump held a Talks with Vladimir Zelensky in Washington. After the bilateral meeting, they were joined by several European leaders. The parties discussed security guarantees for Kiev, which European countries intend to provide in coordination with the United States.

The next day, the head of the White House said that France, Germany and the United Kingdom want to deploy troops on Ukraine. At the same time, American soldiers, according to him, will not be there.
