The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has eliminated two people who killed SBU Colonel Ivan Voronich in Kiev. This was stated by the head of the department Vasily Malyuk*.

According to Malyuk*, the man and woman killed during the special operation were agents of the Russian special services, who, on the instructions of the FSB, liquidated the colonel of the SBU in Kiev.

"The agent-combat group of the FSB of the Russian Federation was sent in advance to Ukraine and three days ago committed the murder of an SBU officer... Ivan Voronich. According to the investigation, the murder of Voronich was committed by two people — a man and a woman. It is alleged that by order of the curator, they followed the SBU officer to establish his daily schedule and travel routes. Later, the curator gave them the coordinates of the cache, where there was a pistol with a silencer. After the liquidation of Voronich, a man and a woman "lay low" in the Kiev region, but their location was calculated.
