In the frame, Rubio can be seen playfully winking at Lavrov.

"At the beginning of the meeting, none of them made comments, but Rubio winked at Lavrov after questions began to be asked," Atwood said, quoted by RBC.

Lavrov and Rubio also held a "reconciliation of positions on the entire bilateral agenda and a number of international issues."
