At the same time, the Deputy Minister pointed out informal contacts of representatives of public groups.
"As for informal meetings of representatives of various public structures of Russia and Germany, they have been and are continuing," he said.
Earlier, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said that the alleged Baku contacts between representatives of Russia and Germany on the issue of the Ukrainian settlement.
